Best CEOs For Diversity 2020

Who are the best CEOs to work for, according to employees of color? For the third year in a row, Comparably has compiled its annual Best CEOs for Diversity to shine a spotlight on leaders who create inclusive cultures for all. This year the topic of diversity and inclusion has gained even greater significance, and it has never been more important to reflect the positive workplace experiences of underrepresented — and historically discriminated against — people. After all, studies show that leaders who inspire, encourage, and support diverse voices and contributions benefits business growth, creativity, and innovation.

To determine the list, Comparably analyzed anonymous survey feedback from non-Caucasian employees working across 60,000 U.S. companies large and small. The ranking is based solely on sentiment ratings given by these employees, from how they rate their CEOs to other workplace culture factors that inspire trust in their employers. The list is segmented by Top 25 CEOs of large companies (more than 500 employees) and Top 25 CEOs of small/mid-size businesses (less than 500 employees).
